Originated from the Al Dhafra Cooperation Society (ADCS) and Delma Co-operative Society (DCS), established in 1976 and 1981 under an Amiri Decree by Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the organizations aimed to driving economic growth and fostering social development of Al Dhafra Region.

TA’ZIZ
Serh Group holds ownership interest in TA’ZIZ UAE Investment Company. TA’ZIZ, an Abu Dhabi-based chemical company, is a joint venture between the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADQ). TA’ZIZ focuses on the production of chemicals including ammonia, methanol, and ethylene dichloride (EDC) as well as polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

FISHERY BUSINESS
