We are seeking experienced Crane Operators for UAE Oil & Gas projects.
- ●Valid UAE Plant Operator Licence (Category 7)
- ●5+ years' crane experience (3+ years in Oil & Gas)
- ●ADNOC Defensive Driving Permit (Heavy Vehicle)
- ●Rigging & Slinging, H2S, HSE Induction (ATA)
- ●T-BOSIET, TSBB, Working at Height
- ●Basic First Aid & Firefighting
- ●Good English communication skills
HSE Professional and Road Safety Coordinator

Road Safety Coordinator
Serh Group is looking for an experienced Road Safety Coordinator to join our team in the UAE.
- →Coordinate and implement road safety programs in compliance with ADNOC and UAE regulations.
- →Conduct road safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- →Monitor driver compliance with road safety policies and defensive driving standards.
- →Deliver road safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
- →Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- ●Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in road safety, fleet operations, HSE, or transportation.
- ●Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE traffic regulations, and road safety standards.
- ●Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- ●Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
