Our origins trace back to the Al Dhafra Cooperation Society (ADCS) and the Delma Co-operative Society (DCS), established in 1976 and 1981 respectively under an Amiri Decree by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Born from a vision of economic empowerment and social development for the Al Dhafra Region, these foundations shaped a culture of purpose, service, and belonging that defines us to this day.

Over decades, our capabilities grew in step with the nation - expanding from community-focused services into the vital fields of oil and gas operations, heavy logistics, machinery, and specialized technical manpower. In November 2024, this evolution crystallized into Serh Group: a unified, forward-looking enterprise purpose-built to serve the UAE’s industrial and energy sectors at the highest level.

Today, Serh Group operates through four core divisions - Al Wara, Oil & Gas Operations, Logistics, and M&A Projects - backed by a fleet of over 1,350 vehicles and assets, a workforce of 700+ project professionals, and a management team of 50+ industry leaders. We deliver integrated solutions that meet the complex demands of industrial, corporate, and governmental clients - with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
